According to Wikipedia, a will and testament is a legal document by which you express your wishes as to how your property is to be distributed at death, and names one or more persons, the executor, to manage the estate until its final distribution. Creating a will and testament will ensure all of your inheritance will be taken care of according to your wishes.
What is a living will?
From Wikipedia, an advance healthcare directive, also known as living will, personal directive, advance directive, medical directive or advance decision, is a legal document in which a person specifies what actions should be taken for their health if they are no longer able to make decisions for themselves because of illness or incapacity. In the U.S. it has a legal status in itself, whereas in some countries it is legally persuasive without being a legal document.
